Last summer, I ordered a deck that just never came. I didn’t receive any confirmation emails besides my PayPal receipt, and to make matters worse, the website won’t let me reset my password to check on my order. I’ve tried reaching out through email and Instagram multiple times, but no one ever got back to me... It’s a real bummer because I was super excited about building my first skateboard, and I even got matching griptape! It’s a drag to spend money on something that doesn’t show up, but I get it—COVID has hit small businesses hard. My own job took a big hit too, but we still managed to keep basic customer service going. With social media being what it is, I don’t see why they wouldn’t respond...

Update: I’ve been avoiding calling because of crazy phone charges, but I finally got through to them. They found my order in their system, so at least it’s getting sorted out now!😁

This place is fantastic! They have an incredible selection of boards, and the owner is super friendly, knowledgeable, and really helped me pick out the perfect one for my 12-year-old daughter. I was truly impressed with the excellent service. I highly suggest checking out this shop; it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely come back if we need anything else down the line.

This is a legit skate shop, managed by a true skater and a legend in the skateboarding world. If you’re into skating and need a place for all your boarding gear... why would you even think about checking out other spots!!!

I walked in hoping to find a Supreme x Kryptonics collab to keep the little guy warm during these chilly nights, so he could be both stylish and cozy... was shocked they didn’t have one, but I had a blast cracking up at the Wookie behind the counter and ended up snagging a complete skateboard setup... who knows... maybe I’ll be the next Tony Hawk by next weekend. Awesome shop, has a great vibe, and sells some rad gear... but it’s not much help if you’re trying to keep your love sausage toasty.

I was looking to purchase two shoes from the display. Nic told me they were both right-footed shoes and suggested I should get a pair that came in a box. HE WAS SPOT ON... These fit way better. My left foot ain't hurting anymore. You'd never find this kind of service at a motorway service station. Overall, I'd give him an eleventy out of ten... The extra one is for his beard.
